Shipping policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 30 to 50 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (The 50 days are for the unfortunate circumstance of a ship getting stuck in a certain canal again or if an airplane goes missing, orders usually take less than 15 days upon order). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Be mindful that T.J. Jewelry and Gifts does not produce any of the products available and works with third party businesses domestically and internationally. There may be some form of delays delivering the products, which is encouraged to contact T.J. Jewelry and Gifts. For best results, T.J. Jewelry and Gifts tries to partner with domestic companies within the United States but some products are produced overseas. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items shipped after 80 days after the item was purchased.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees also may vary depending on the product sold and is calculated at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom depending on the legal delivery terms. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with local pickup at USPS, UPS, FedEx. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 24/ on Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, Australia. 

 At this time, we do not ship to Nigeria, Pakistan, Turkey, India, Thailand. 

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


How do I check the status of my order?


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. T.J. Jewelry and Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. However, you can check the shipping status through the either UPS, USPS, or FedEx's website using codes provided.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Apere463@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If I haven't provided you your tracking link, be sure to check your email and to email me to send you one. Some companies don't send the link to the buyers so it is best if you sent me a name and address to send you the right one.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some retailers don't have an option to check on shipping, if that issue happens, please be sure to contact me for returns and other services.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Apere463@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
